My name is Karolina, but often go by the nickname Kara.  I started off my career as a Real Estate agent back in 2016, but have always been curious about what goes on in the background. That when I decided to start my adventures in mortgages. I have been licensed since 2020 as a mortgage agent, and have loved the puzzle that comes along with finding the right solution to meet every client’s wants and needs. Being a Mortgage Agent as well as a Real estate agent has given me additional insight on the constantly changing market, along with a better understanding of lender requirements in properties and products. When I’m not spending my time with work and clients I am taking my little human out on adventures and spending all my time with family. Love everything to do with the outdoors, and try to spend every minute possible in the fresh air, teaching my daughter how to garden and taking in the sunshine (when we have it).
